Terms and Conditions

Effective: 22 October 2026

These terms govern your use of wavoo.swarnagrow.in and purchases of physical jewellery accepted by Wavoo Jewellers. Please read them together with our Privacy, Shipping, and Refund, Return and Cancellation Policies.

About this website

Wavoo Jewellers is the trading name used on this website. The seller details applicable to a purchase are provided in the order confirmation and invoice. Questions about these terms or an order should be raised through our Contact & Visit page. These terms cover physical jewellery; they do not offer digital gold, investment products, loans or savings schemes.

Eligibility and accurate information

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a purchase contract. Supply accurate contact, billing and delivery information and use only a payment method you are authorised to use. You are responsible for checking the article, size, quantity, delivery address and checkout total before submitting an order.

Jewellery specifications

The product description and final invoice identify the purchased article, including its metal, stated purity, net weight, size, included components and applicable charges. Images may vary in apparent colour or scale because of lighting and display settings; this does not excuse an article materially different from the agreed description. Any hallmark or certification applies only as documented for the actual supplied article. Confirm sizing and any requested customisation before order acceptance.

Prices, gold rates and taxes

All prices are in Indian rupees. Gold value, making charges, applicable GST, delivery and any other charge must be disclosed before payment. Gold rates and catalogue prices may change before an order is accepted. A later rate change does not authorise an undisclosed increase to an accepted, paid order. If availability, actual weight or an evident price error requires a change, we will obtain your agreement before proceeding. If you decline the revised offer, any amount received for the cancelled order will be refunded under our refund policy.

Order acknowledgement and acceptance

An order submission, automated acknowledgement or payment message does not by itself confirm product availability or merchant acceptance. Acceptance and fulfilment details are confirmed separately. We may decline an order for unavailable stock, a material pricing error, failed payment verification or a substantiated fraud concern. Payments actually received for an order we cannot fulfil will be refunded. An unpaid order does not reserve inventory or confirm fulfilment.

Payments

Orders are prepaid using methods enabled at checkout; cash on delivery is not offered. Where a payment gateway is enabled, payment credentials are entered through its hosted interface. A payment screenshot or redirect is not proof of a completed payment: the transaction must be verified. Never share UPI PINs, passwords or OTPs with us. If your account is debited without confirmation, contact us with the order and transaction references before paying again.

Cancellation, returns and delivery

Our Refund, Return and Cancellation Policy and Shipping Policy form part of these terms. Any customisation, resizing, optional exchange or buyback arrangement requires separately disclosed terms and your agreement. No guaranteed buyback percentage, resale value or investment return is promised by this website.

Permitted use and intellectual property

Do not submit fraudulent information, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with the website, or misuse another customer’s information. Website branding and content may not be reproduced for commercial use without the appropriate rights or permission. Third-party services are governed by their applicable terms.

Service interruptions and consumer rights

We take reasonable steps to address website and order issues, but uninterrupted access cannot be guaranteed. Nothing in these terms excludes liability, product remedies or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. A technical error does not entitle us to retain payment for an unfulfilled order.

Changes, complaints and applicable law

Revised terms apply prospectively from their published effective date and do not retrospectively remove rights agreed for an existing purchase. Indian law applies without restricting access to a competent consumer forum or another mandatory remedy. Raise a complaint through our contact page, quoting the order reference and the resolution requested.
