Privacy Policy
Effective: 22 October 2026
This policy describes how Wavoo Jewellers handles information through wavoo.swarnagrow.in. It covers the shopping bag, wishlist, checkout, order records and related support communications.
Information we collect
The bag and wishlist store product preferences in your browser. When you submit checkout, the website records the name, phone number, email, delivery address, items, quantities, price and tax breakdown, order timestamps and order status. Where payment processing is enabled, we may also receive transaction references and verification status from the payment provider. Information you send voluntarily to support may be used to resolve your enquiry.
Why information is used
We use relevant information to process orders, calculate totals, confirm availability, communicate about fulfilment, arrange delivery or agreed collection, reconcile payments and refunds, respond to enquiries, prevent misuse and meet applicable legal or accounting obligations. A purchase is not consent to unrelated promotional messages. Any future marketing or additional tracking will require the appropriate notice and choices.
Payments and financial information
This storefront does not collect UPI PINs, bank passwords, payment OTPs or full card credentials. Where a payment gateway is enabled, these details are entered through the provider’s interface and handled under its privacy notice. We use transaction identifiers and status information to reconcile the order. Never send payment secrets to us through support or address fields.
Cookies and browser storage
An essential session cookie associates saved orders with your browser. Local storage keeps bag and wishlist preferences. Clearing cookies or local storage may remove saved preferences or prevent that browser from retrieving its session-linked orders. These essential functions do not by themselves create a customer account or subscribe you to marketing.
Hosting, fonts and service providers
The website’s hosting and technical service providers handle information needed to operate the store. The design loads fonts from Google Fonts; external font requests may disclose technical information such as an IP address to that service. Necessary order information may be shared with an enabled payment provider or delivery partner for the relevant transaction. The current storefront source has no standalone advertising pixel or analytics script.
Other disclosures
Information may be disclosed where lawfully required, to investigate fraud or misuse, or to protect legal rights. Access should be limited to authorised people and service providers that need the information for the relevant purpose. This policy does not authorise selling customer information or making order details public.
Security
HTTPS protects information in transit to this website. Session-linked access and server-side price validation help protect order handling. No website can promise absolute security. Protect your device and browser, avoid shared-device checkout where possible, and contact us if you suspect unauthorised access.
Retention
We retain order, payment and support records for the purposes described above, including fulfilment, legal or accounting obligations and dispute resolution. Browser preferences remain until cleared or updated in your browser. A deletion request may be limited where records are still necessary for a legal duty or an unresolved transaction; we will explain the applicable reason rather than promise immediate deletion of every record.
Your requests and choices
Use our Contact & Visit page to request access, correction, deletion or withdrawal of consent where applicable. Provide the order reference and only the information needed to identify the request. We may reasonably verify identity to avoid disclosing another customer’s information. Do not send payment credentials or unnecessary identity documents.
Children and policy updates
The store is intended for adults legally able to enter into a purchase contract. Contact us if a child’s information was submitted in error. We publish changes with an effective date. A material change in how information is used will receive appropriate notice and any consent required by applicable law.
For assistance, quote your order reference through our Contact & Visit page.
